"Ang Gao" is a wild-caught in red grouper has tender and sweet flesh. The flesh is tender yet it has a bouncy texture that flakes nicely. The fish is usually steamed in order to fully appreciate its delicate texture.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery every:
Thursday between 12pm - 5pm, or 5.30pm - 9.30pm.
Sunday between 12pm - 5pm
