1. How do I order?
- Sign up on our website thegoodfish.co
- Select your choice of seafood.
- Proceed to Cart Page to select delivery timeslot.
- Make payment.
- Receive The Good Fish at your doorstep.
2. When can I receive my delivery?
For now, we only deliver every Thursday & Sunday with 2 slots each delivery day.
1st slot: 12:00pm - 5pm
2nd slot: 5pm - 9.30pm
3. Where do your fishes come from?
To provide our customers with the freshest seafood, our fishes come from Malaysia, Indonesia and Indian Ocean Region. They follow a strict cold chain management before reaching your doorsteps.
4. Can I get a refund after I've placed an order and paid?
No refunds, exchange, or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed online. If there are cancellations to be made, a 5% transactional fee will apply.
